Description

Master bedroom comprises of king size bed with underneath storage over head cupboards built in wardrobe and mirror unit En suite with toilet and basin.

2nd bedroom comprises of two separate single beds fitted wardrobe over bed cupboards and mirror.

Pull out bed in lounge to sleep Extra Two!

Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker and hob full size fridge freezer toaster kettle and washing machine. Dining table to Sit four.

Lounge area wraparound sofa large wall mounted TV electric fire place and coffee table. Double door at front leading to veranda with small seating area. Pull out bed facility.

Outside plenty of grass area for a play or relax.

On site cafe Grill and Brew open for breakfast lunch and Evening meals.

Onsite pub Morton arms.

Plenty to do in the heart of town lots of local pubs restaurants cafes and local club, 2 local fair grounds plenty of arcades and shops. Market is on a Saturday and Sunday and in holiday season Wednesdays too.

Short drive bus or train ride to Llandudno, Rhyl or Prestatyn

We are on a bus route with a short 3 minute walk from bus stop to caravan.

Local train/ bus station is Rhyl.

Quilts and pillows provided.

Bed Linen and towels NOT provided. ( you'll need king size bedding and single bedding)

We really enjoyed our stay and was pleased that it was pet friendly. Loved the community feel and how well kitted out the caravan was. The only thing that we felt didn't meet the expectation was the master bedroom mattress. It was an old springy mattress so when you sat down on the bed, your bottom could touch the base so not comfortable. Also we booked through a 3rd party website so ended up costing almost double the price of what it should've cost if we booked directly with the owners. Other than that, the owners really friendly and responsive. Wil defo come back again (once they replace the mattress ????)

We had a lovely last minute break here during half term. The owners were so accommodating and confirmed our booking the day before were due to stay. Communication couldn’t have been better; even made the effort to ask on several occasions of everything was ok for us. We found the accommodation very comfortable with lots of space. We parked easily and near to the caravan too. The only thing I would mention is that the music from the nearby bar was loud until around midnight, both nights we were there. The location is great and in short walking distance to the fair and beach - the beach is absolutely huge and amazing rock pools for the children. They had such a wonderful time. We also travelled further up the coast to Angelsey which didn’t take long - it’s a good base to explore North Wales.
