Owner Description

This is our new family owned 38 x 12ft, 3 bedroom 6 berth Prestige grade Static Caravan situated onHaven's Greenacres, Porthmadog, North Wales site, a short walk away from the fabulous Black Rock Sands beach.

Our new 2016 Caravan has 3 bedrooms consisting of one double with a dressing table, wardrobe 2 bedside cabinets and ensuite toilet with wash basin.
2 twin edrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom that can be pulled together to make a double if required.

The caravan is fully equipped with all new utensils, a gas oven with 4 hobs, and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, full sized fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, plates, pots and pans.

The lounge area has plenty of seating with a dining table and 6 chairs, there is a 32" LCD TV with free--view and a DVD player.

The shower room has a large shower cubicle with shelving, hand wash basin and toilet.
Included in the price is water, gas and electricity.

All pillows and duvets are supplied and all you will need to bring with you is your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels.

There is plenty of parking next to the caravan and is perfect families or couples looking for a short break or holiday.

A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking which will be returned once the key have been returned and the caravan has been checked for cleanliness and damages following your stay.

The full payment must be paid 8 weeks before the holiday and I will send an invoice by email,
if no payment is made then the deposit will be lost and the caravan will be rehired' Once full payment is received I will send the keys by recorded delivery.

We do politely ask that the caravan is left in the same condition which it is found and that no one smokes inside.

Check in on the arrival day is from 3pm and you can use all the site facilities before, on departure day the caravan is to be vacated by 11am and you can use all the facilities for the day.
