Breakage / Security bond:
All holiday stays require an additional non refundable deposit of £50 which will also serve as a refundable security bond. This will be returned to you by UK Caravans4Hire after check out on receipt of a satisfactory inspection report from the cleaning company.
The booking is made on an accommodation only basis and access to park facilities form no part of this. Funworks passes are not included in the caravan hire cost. Please note that should you wish to use the complex facilities and access park entertainment and children’s clubs, Funworks passes will be required. Passes may be purchased direct from Haven once your stay has been paid for and registered, or from the main reception on arrival.
The caravan owner will not be held responsible for any Haven facilities that are are not available to you during your stay at Calagran.
Any complaints regarding the availability of facilities, after purchasing park passes, must be directed to Haven.
You agree to keep and leave the Property and the furnishings, kitchen equipment, crockery, glasses, bedding , clean and in good condition. All rubbish must be removed from the caravan at the end of your stay and placed in the refuse areas provided on park. Please do not leave any dirty pots or crockery.
You agree not to cause any damage to the walls, doors or windows of the Property nor to do anything that may be reasonably considered to cause a nuisance or annoyance to us or to any other occupier of neighbouring properties.
Please report any breakages or damages immediately so that this can be rectified as quickly as possible. Do not attempt any DIY repairs without prior authorisation from the owner.
There is a strict no smoking policy inside the caravan. Please respect this. Please take extra care if you are smoking outside on the decking.
You agree to take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property. No liability to you is accepted in respect of damage to or loss of such property, except where the damage or loss is caused by our negligence. Should you leave anything behind after your stay, we will endeavour to return this to you upon receipt of payment of the expenses of doing so.
You cannot allow more people to stay in the Property than expressly authorised (6 people maximum occupancy) nor can you significantly change the makeup of the party during your stay in the Property.
You cannot take your pet into the Property unless it has been arranged in advance and it is shown on your booking confirmation. If you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave it. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancellation of the booking by you.
You agree to allow us or any representative of ours access at any reasonable time during your stay for the purpose of essential repairs.
Complaints
Every effort will be made made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that you raise this straight away, and contact us, so that remedial action can be taken as soon as possible.
