Our family owned caravan is situated on Haven Greenacres site in Porthmadog. We have full wrap around decking and a fab covered area at the front accessible from the patio doors.
We are perfectly located on a quiet cul de sac location, central to both the beach and the facilities so only a short walk to both.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with large walk in wardrobe (which we have used to fit in a travel cot)
We then have a twin bedroom with wardrobe in.
We have a small double pull out bed In the main lounge, which is useful as an extra bed.
Main bathroom with shower.

We have a fridge/ small freezer, microwave and gas hob and oven.
Lots of kitchen utensils and crockery which is available for use by guests.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests need to bring their own sheets, bedding and pillow cases.
Mattress protectors are used and are to be left in place by guests please

No towels so guests need to bring their own.

Entertainment passes are NOT included but can be purchased from Haven separately, we will register your arrival with Haven and you will then receive info direct from them and be able to purchase passes and book activities etc. these are subject to availability and we can not guarantee what will be available so guests need to deal with Haven direct.

Your booking is for accommodation only.

WIFI is provided for your use. Speeds can not be guaranteed as can be slower when the park is busy so do not rely on this for work etc.

Smart tv in living room - (dependent on speed of Wi-Fi/busy park etc) guests to log in to own Netflix/tv players etc
Electric cars cannot be charged using the caravan's electric supply.
Electric car charging points are available on site.

Check in 4pm, checkout 10am. If cleaner confirms early/late check in/out is available we will let guests know but can’t be guaranteed.
