Owner Description

This luxury 40ft by 13ft Willerby Aspen caravan was purchased new and sited late May 2016 in the Osprey cul de sac, plot No. 9. There is a private parking space,large garden,very quiet and close to Tenby town centre. Sliding patio doors lead onto a large decking area that has been erected to both front and side of the van. A small patio table with four chairs is available at the front with a four seat rattan dining set provided at the side.

The van has two bedrooms, full central heating and double glazing throughout.

Situated inside the front door is a large upright fridge freezer and a large storage cupboard with a rechargeable Dyson cleaner.

The caravan has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The double bedroom incorporates a king size bed with en suite facilities including a shower. Wardrobe space and a mounted 24in d.v.d.television occupies the wall opposite the bed. The twin room has two single beds, wardrobe and d.v.d.television.

Duvets and pillows are supplied while the hirer will be required to bring their own covers, pillow cases, tea towels and towels.

The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet. The boiler is enclosed with two controls, one water the other central heating.

We have a beautiful fitted kitchen with a full size gas oven and hob, toaster, microwave etc.
There is a free standing table with four individual dinning chairs.
The lounge has ample comfortable seating, a gas fire, 40inch television with a D.V.D. player.

Outside the van there is a large private garden that has the sun all day.

Gas and electric is included in the agreed weekly rental.

Only families are allowed to book this caravan. Bookings will be secured with a £100 non refundable deposit

The caravan is only let out during the school holidays.

No pets are allowed, and there is a strict No smoking/ Vaping policy within the caravan at all times.

Due to the value and newness of the caravan a £100 bond will be required per booking, this will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection.
