Matt & I have been holidaying in Mablethorpe for over 10 years & we loved it so much we decided to have our very own holiday home! We have two young boys who love the pool , the beach & the Seaside Squad. We hope you enjoy staying in our lovely caravan as much as we do! Description

Our 3 bedroom caravan is less than a year old and is in immaculate condition throughout. You'll find all the modern facilities like a microwave, full size gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment. It has a 43" smart TV, DVD player and wifi. There is a shower room, as well as an en-suite WC to the main bedroom. It has double glazing & gas central heating. It also has a large decking area with table & chairs overlooking a grassy area, ideal for children to play.

Bed linen is provided but you will need to bring your own towels, tea towels etc. We have also provided a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Bed guards are available for smaller children.

Local amenities include; a small shop onsite, also a brand new Tesco just down the road for groceries; and Mablethorpe town is 5 minutes away with a fair, crazy golf, several arcades, pubs, restaurants, cafes, Co-op, Lidl, chippies, various take aways and lots of other shops to browse.

We are able to offer dates available between March and November when the park is open, and can offer stays for 3, 4 or 7 nights; Mon-Fri, Mon-Mon, Fri-Mon and Fri-Fri.

I don't even know where to start! The caravan was absolutely perfect . Luckily we had beautiful weather, so we spent a lot of time on the decking. The caravan was so comfortable, from the seating area to the beds. On arrival it was spotlessly clean. Inside the caravan is everything that you need. The only thing I did forget was a tea towel but picked one up from the on site shop. I highly recommend this caravan and also Louise for providing lots of information.

Lovely caravan in a good location as its out the way from hustle and bustle of main park area but only a few minutes walk to get to the shop and arcades on site. Cut through to the beach just over the road and a large grass area just outside caravan for kids. The balcony would have been great to sit out on if the weather had not been so wet!

I have just returned today from spending 4 nights in this lovely caravan. It's an absolute gorgeous caravan with everything you could need. As I had teenagers with me the WiFi access went down a treat . For me as the weather was so good I loved sitting on the porch in the morning and evenings watching the world go by. It's a fantastic view sitting there it really is. I also loved the fact you can cross the road and you are minutes away from the beach and lovely little walks something I did every day. Louise the owner was excellent with communicating about the amenities and she has a handy folder in the caravan with lots of useful information. I highly recommend staying at this perfectly located and modern caravan. I will definitely be retuning in the future.

What a stunning, clean and well equipped caravan. Everything was absolutely spotless! Louise was fantastic with communication. We have stayed in many caravans over the years and this one was absolutely 10/10. Also one thing that we always have a joke about when we stay in caravans is the kitchen equipment, this one had everything we needed (and more!) and enough mugs/plates/glasses etc! The veranda was lovely and the location on the site was great. Very spacious! We will be returning and would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone!
