TERMS AND CONDITIONS SAND LE MERE HOLIDAY VILLAGE
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT IF BOOKING DIRECTLY
• Upon receipt of your enquiry, the caravan can be provisionally booked. This will be held for a period of 48 hours only, by which time a booking form must be completed and a non refundable deposit of £50 paid.
• If no booking form and deposit is received within this period, then the provisional booking will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the caravan.
• The balance of the hire charge is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. If no contact or payment is received by the due dates, the booking will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable, and the dates will be re-advertised.
• Bookings taken with less than 3 weeks remaining can only be accepted if payment is made in full and received within .
• The hirer shall also pay a £50 refundable damage deposit. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of the hire period and returned within seven days of departure date. We reserve the right to withhold some or the entire bond and /or bill the hirer for the additional cost of: a) replacing and/or repairing all damage b) all breakages c) charge for cleaning the caravan or removing stains or replacing as new. All breakages, damage and stains within the caravan must be paid for.
CANCELLATIONS IF BOOKING DIRECTLY & NOT ONLINE
• In the event of a cancellation the hirer must confirm this in writing. Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• No refund will be made to the hirer whose hiring has commenced and who vacates the caravan for any reason including an emergency at home.

• 21 – 15 days prior to rental date 75%
• 14 – 0 days prior to rental date 100%
GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
• Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are twenty-one (21) years of age and above.
• Only the persons on the booking form may stay at the caravan. Over occupancy will not be tolerated.
• ALL changes to a booking are allowed by prior agreement with us and confirmed in writing to us.
• The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking form.
• The hirer agrees that all persons named on the booking form shall be with you (the hirer) during your hire period of the caravan. Holiday park owners and/or their staff shall have a copy of your booking form.
• Each person listed on the booking form and your guest(s)/visitor(s) must be prepared to identify themselves to the park owners or their staff upon request and comply with their reasonable requirements.
• The hirer shall notify us in writing with any changes to person(s) listed on the booking form at the earliest possible opportunity and in any event, prior to arrival at the holiday park.
• The hirer must give access to the caravan as / when required to the us, holiday park owners and their staff / agents.
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give a and / or reserve the right to terminate any booking for whatever reason at our absolute discretion.
UPON COMMENCEMENT OF HIRE
• The caravan may be occupied from 4pm onwards on the first day of hiring and must be vacated by 10am on the last day of hiring.
• The hirer must inform us within 12hrs of arrival of any defects or breakages, failure to do so will result in the hirer being responsible.
• In the case of a maintenance problem, the hirer shall contact us immediately. D.I.Y repairs must NOT be attempted.
• Smoking/vaping is NOT permitted in the caravan.
• The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next guests.
• Holiday park owners and their staff do not accept liability for any loss or damage to the hirer’s property and/ or accidents, injuries, illness, diseases, arising from the hire of the caravan or use of the holiday park, including acts of god or extreme weather conditions.
• The caravan MUST be vacated by 10am on the last day of hiring. Ready for cleaner to check over.
• The area surrounding the caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Park speed limits must not be exceeded.
• Cars should not be parked on the grass areas.
• Anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons will be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of the holiday.
• Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other caravan owners and occupiers at all times.
• Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided by the park.
• Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan.
• All fishing equipment and tackle must be left outside and NOT brought into the caravan.
• Do not disarm smoke alarms.
• All electrical and domestic goods and heaters must be switched off upon leaving the caravan.
• Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels can be provided at an extra charge, tea towels are provided.
• Entertainment passes are not included.
• Park rules apply at all times.
