About the owner

Our names are Jim & Tanya & we are Caravan owners at both Sand Le Mere Holiday Village & Patrington Haven Leisure Park East Yorkshire. To help cover costs we started renting out our holiday homes. This got us thinking that perhaps other owners may like to rent out their holiday homes too but with family and work commitments didn’t have the time. After speaking with some owners we found that this was in fact the case. With us having over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, such as managing Holiday Apartments in the busy town of Stratford Upon Avon to running pubs which have Bed & Breakfast rooms, we made the decision to move closer to the sites & start up our own rental & maintenance company. All of our holiday homes are equipped with everything that you need to ensure that your holiday is as stress free as possible BUT if there are any problems then we are just a phone call (& 10 minute drive) away! We hope to help you make lots of special memories with your loved ones!

O11 is a 3 Bed sleeping up to 6 people with decking where you can enjoy a sea view across the park.

There is an outside table & chairs where you can sit & relax in the sunshine.

It has a double bed in the main bedroom & 2 further twin bedrooms all with storage.

The open plan lounge & dining area ensures there is enough space for all the family & is right next to the kitchen so that everyone can be involved at mealtimes.

It has double glazing & central heating & if the children are worried about missing out on their social media it also has free WIFI.

Parking for this caravan is right next to it & it is centrally located so just a short walk to the clifftops, fishing lake & entertainment complex.

Passes for the facilities can be brought directly from reception if required. (Facilities closed November to March)
