GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. BOOKINGS
1.1 All bookings are only accepted by persons 21 years of age and over. We do not accept
hen or stag parties. Please note that the person making the booking MUST be a
member of the party staying at Marsh Farm Holiday Park and will be responsible for all
members of the party staying at the park. Any issues/ damages during the stay will be
the named person who booked the stays responsibility.
1.2 Caravans are ready for check-in at 14.00hrs. Guests wishing to check in after 17.00hrs
are requested to contact the office by calling or emailing prior to arriving. Guests must
vacate the caravan by 11am on check-out day (late check out may incur a late check-out
fee).
1.3 All bookings require a £100 damage deposit per caravan payable in advance when
making the booking. Damage deposits will be fully refunded within 24hrs of check-out
providing caravan has been left in the same condition inside and out as when
checked-in, (See section Damage Deposits and Losses).
1.4 A booking deposit of £50 is payable on day of booking to secure your booking. Full
payment is required 14 days prior arrival. Booking fee will not be refunded if cancelling
caravan with less then 14 days to date of arrival. Guest may cancel booking up to 14
days prior with no fee incurred.
2. LINEN & PETS
2.1 Bed linen is provided upon request and will be charged when making the booking. This
must be left at property after check-out. Please note towels & tea are not provided
during stay.
2.2 Marsh Farm Holiday Park except Dogs in allocated caravans. Please note when asked if
you are bringing your dog. Anyone found to have brought their dog but not stated it
during the booking process may incur deposit being lost. This is to cover extra cleaning
costs of a deep clean.
2.3 For the comfort of other guests all dogs must be cleaned up after and kept on leashes in
public areas of the grounds.
2.4 Pets must not be left unattended at any time.
3. SITE SAFETY & SECURITY
3.1 Cctv and site security is in operation 24hrs a day for your safety and security, however
Marsh Farm Holiday Park accepts no liability for damages, losses incurred during the
guests stay neither for anyone visiting the site. This is also including personal injury fatal
or non-fatal unless caused by a negligent act or omission by Marsh Farm Holiday Park.
3.2 Marsh farm Holiday park reserves the right to terminate the renting of a caravan
without notice and without compensation/refunds if the person responsible for the
party or a member of their party causes any nuisance, annoyance or danger to other
guests, staff or damage to the property of Marsh farm Holiday Park.
3.3 Abuse, violence or threats towards Marsh farm Holiday Park staff will not be tolerated,
anyone found to do so will be removed for park and/or any deposits will be lost.
4. DEPOSITS
4.1 Deposits taken will not be refunded if any damage is caused to the caravan rented inside
and out, Damage fee is also applicable regarding lost keys, missing TV remotes and any
items in the inventory missing.
4.2 Smoking is not permitted in any of Marsh farm Holiday Park caravans. Anyone found
doing so will be asked to leave and a cleaning fee will be applied.
4.3 Any problems that occur with regards to the accommodation must be reported at the
time of occurrence to marshfarmholidaypark@gmail.com or emergency contact number
provided by Marsh farm Holiday Park. Failure to do so before departure date without a
valid reason may result in issues not being resolved and risk losing deposit to rectify
problem, especially if any issues are made worse by not reporting problems.
4.4 Any guests/members of said party found to be using and/or distributing any illegal
substance or participating in illegal activities whilst staying as a guest will be asked to
leave immediately. Local authorities may also be contacted.
4.5 If guests fail to supply the correct number of guests and other guests join after check-in
damage deposit will not be returned.
4.6 When a group booking is made all essential items supplied in the caravan must be
returned to the correct caravan before check out. If guests fail to do so, the damage
