Hiring terms and conditions of the Constans Holiday Skegness caravan based in Golden Palm Resort.
FAMILY HIRES ONLY, No all-male or female same-age parties.
The Golden Palm Resort management along with Constans Holiday LTD management reserves the right to terminate your accommodation if, in their opinion, any person behaves in a way harmful to the well-being of others. No refunds of any kind will be offered if this happens.
The total number of people staying in the caravan shall, in no circumstances, exceed the capacity of the holiday home, only people named on the booking form will be permitted to stay. Please note a baby is counted as 1 person.
A provisional booking will be accepted by Constans Holiday LTD, subject to receiving a £50 deposit, this deposit could be cheque, cash, postal order, bank transfer, PayPal, or card payment. Upon receiving the deposit, you’ll receive confirmation of the dates that you have booked. Please keep in mind that ALL bookings are provisional until receiving the deposit. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION.
The full balance of caravan hire must be paid six weeks before arrival, if the balance is NOT received within this time frame, then Constans Holiday LTD reserves the right to cancel the booking. Bookings taken with less than SIX weeks remaining can only be accepted if payment is made in full.
The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all people listed on the booking form. The hirer agrees that all people named on the booking form shall be with you (the hirer) during your hire period of the holiday caravan. Constans Holiday LTD shall have a copy of your booking form. The booking form is important because it is for you and your party’s safety and security purposes only. Each person listed on the booking form and your guest(s)/visitor(s) must be prepared to identify themselves to the park owners or their staff upon request and comply with their reasonable requirements.
The hirer must give access to the holiday caravan as / when required to Constans Holiday LTD staff and Golden Palm Resort staff/agents.
The hirer must pay a £75 refundable security bond. This bond is fully refundable at the end of the hire period and returned within three working days of the departure date. Any breakages or damage to either the contents or structure of the caravan must be reported to Constans Holiday LTD and may be chargeable, allowances are made for accidents.
Although cleaners are employed it is the responsibility of the hirer to maintain the caravan and its contents to a reasonable standard during their stay, should the hirer fail to do this and the caravan is left unable to be re-let, we are entitled to recover reasonable repair expenses and any loss of rent.
Constans Holiday LTD does not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury, damage, or loss caused to any person/persons or property belonging to the hirer or any third party during their stay. The hirer is responsible for taking out their own private insurance to cover their own personal items/contents during their stay.
Any complaints regarding the accommodation or any shortage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of arrival otherwise we will be unable to investigate the matter properly. We can not accept liability for problems outside of our reasonable control such as breakdowns of domestic appliances, plumbing etc, although every effort will be made to rectify problems as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your gas, water, or electric supply during the evening there is no on-site cover after 5 pm each day, your problem would however be rectified as soon as possible the next day.
The hirer may check in no earlier than 4 pm on the day of arrival. You must vacate and return your keys by 10 am on the day of departure. If these times are not adhered to, an extra day’s rent may be charged. The latest check-in time is 5 pm if you envisage arriving later than this please telephone in advance so arrangements can be made for the collection of keys, it is your responsibility to contact us regarding these arrangements, the park does not offer a 24-hour reception service.
No bedding, upholstery or mattresses are to be taken or left outside of the caravan under any circumstances.
By confirming a booking you are responsible for your party and their conduct and agree to abide by the site rules. All deposit and balance payments are non-refundable. Should you cancel after you have paid your balance, we will only offer a refund if we are able to re-let your caravan for your reserved dates. In all cases your deposit is non-refundable. You are advised to take out your own insurance to cover this. To cancel a booking we do require written confirmation signed by the lead member of the holiday party, unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations via email or telephone.
Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are twenty-one (21) years of age and above. No same-sex groups (Couples and Families only). Only the persons on the booking form may stay at the caravan. Over-occupancy will not be tolerated.
All changes to a booking are allowed by prior agreement with Constans Holiday LTD and confirmed via email.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the caravan but ashtrays are provided for outside use only.
Please note that the public is able to purchase entry passes to use facilities on
Golden Park Resort.
ViSOR. We do not accept bookings from or allow anyone on our holiday parks who is listed on the Violent and Sex Offenders Register(or any register which supersedes this). By making a booking, you are confirming that no one in your party is on this register.
