Owner's booking terms

All bookings to pay £75 deposit which is used as a security bond that is returned provided there are no losses/breakages after the van has been checked.

Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are over 21 years of age at the start of the holiday.
No same sex groups under 25 years of age.
Same sex bookings are limited to a maximum of 4 persons.
The Hirer is responsible for the caravan and signed as stated on the booking form.
All changes to the booking form are allowed by prior agreement with the caravan owner in writting.
The Hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking form as well as all guests and visitors.
The Hirer agrees to the best of their knowledge no person is included on the SOR.
The Hirer must give access to the caravan if reasonably required by the owners or site staff.
The owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without obligation to give a reason.
The owners or the site the caravan is situated on will not be held responsible for any personal loss or injury however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle (including any person under 18 years of age).
Smoking/Vaping is not permitted inside the caravan.
The caravan is to be left in a clean & tidy condition as it was found when your holiday started.
No Pets/Dogs are allowed in the caravan.
No parties.
In case of any maintenance problem(s) DIY repairs must not be attempted.
When the caravan is unoccupied all electricals/sockets and heating system must be turned off.
When the caravan is unoccupied all wIndows and doors are to be secured and locked with the alarm enabled.
On checkout all keys are to be returned to the key safe and notify the owner of your departure. ...Show less
