Description

Location: This holiday home is located on the Eskdale area at Primrose Valley. Eskdale is a lovely quite area around a 4 minute walk to Lakeside and 7 minutes FunWorks and just a few caravans away from the SeaBirds beach path. The pitch has a private drive.

Outside Area: The west facing front decking is enclosed and has seating for 4. The garden area is south facing with outside seating.

Living Area: The caravan has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has two armchairs, three seater sofa and footstool, a 42’ TV and an electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave, ironing board, washing machine and a full size fridge freezer. The dining area seats 4. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 2 Bedrooms (x1 double and x1 twin), sleeping 6 guests in total with the double sofa bed. Both bedrooms have their own TV. We do provide fresh bedding and towels for guests. The caravan has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a 2nd toilet, wash basin and bath with overhead shower separate en-suite to the master. A hairdryer is provided.

Heating: The caravan is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge.

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.
