Description

Welcome to our holiday home at Par sands beach in Cornwall. We especially want to welcome families with dogs to share in this great experience and to explore Cornwall.

The static home is well equipped and comfortable and benefits from a king-size bed with an en-suite in the main bedroom and two single beds in bedroom 2.

Outside there is a decking area with seating to enjoy the morning sunshine.

The local Sandy Beach is dog, child, and BBQ friendly, surrounded by sand dunes for dogs and kids to explore. The coastal path is next to the main car park and only a 20-minute walk along the coastal path to secluded beaches where at the turn of the tide, you will often be able to see seals and oystercatchers.

The park is also directly adjacent to a local nature reserve with a multitude of wild birds and other wildlife to observe. For entertainment, there are a couple of great local pubs and eateries that are only a short walk away.

Alternatively, Fowey and Churchtown are about a ten-minute drive.

Linen is included but please bring your own towels.

Lovely week in Par. Excellent caravan in a lovely site. Lola especially loved her morning walks on the beach. Everything we needed provided and great location. Thank you for letting us stay.

We have just returned from a fantastic week at the van. The communication with Michelle was great from start to end. The passes are included for the facilities, which meant that we had a swim every day (booking was easy at the reception desk). The site, is by far one of the best we’ve stayed on and the van was perfect. Both immaculate. The beach is literally 3 minutes walk from the caravan door and there is a lovely coastal walk you can take next to the Ship Inn pub. Thank you for such a great holiday, we will definitely be returning!

Communication from the start until our return home from Paul and Michelle was quick and easy. Caravan is the best equipped, cleanest and best laid out we have stayed in (and we stayed stayed in over a dozen). Lots of extra useful things included like proper kitchen utensils, condiments, storage containers, loo rolls, hand towels and cleaning equipment etc. The outside decking area is a great addition, it allows the door to be left open and dogs to be outside without the fear of wandering off. It also has a nice seating and table area outside. Freesat is included as well as local tourist information which is a simple but lovely thought. There was tea, coffee, biscuits and milk in the fridge for that desperate cuppa after a long journey too. The site was pleasant, very quiet for peak Summer holidays, small indoor pool, kids play park and the beach was a stones throw. Lots to do in the area as well. All in all, its a lovely caravan and we'll definitely use this one again.
