A fabulous Willerby Seasons 8 berth caravan situated on an excellent plot, perfect for accessing both the beach and site amenities. No decking, however, there is a picnic bench and table, perfect for a spot of alfresco dining or simply watching the sun come down.

Lounge/Dining Room: This lovely open-plan area is both bright & airy. There is ample seating area for the family to sit and relax with an L-Shaped seating arrangement, incorporating a double pull-out sofa bed. There is a 37"TV with DVD player to keep the family entertained. The caravan is fully double glazed and with its contemporary wall-mounted electric fire you are sure to be warm and toastie even on those chilliest of evenings. WIFI Included.

Kitchen: This stylish well-equipped kitchen contains everything which you should need to be as self-sufficient as you want to be and includes a full-sized oven/grill with a 4 burner hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, kettle & toaster. Also contains all your cookware and crockery.

Master Bedroom:
Enjoy the comfort of its 4'6" double bed for a perfect night's sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with fitted wardrobes and additional drawer and shelving space. We even provide an iron & ironing board so less for you to pack! Duvets & Pillows provided, however, please bring your own bed linen & towels.

Twin Bedrooms x 2: Each bedroom contains 2 single beds & storage.

Family Bathroom: Contains a large shower, WC & Hand Basin.

Separate WC/Cloakroom: Contains an additional WC and Wash Basin

Owner's booking terms

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer. A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded after departure following successful inspection.
