Six berth, 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, large outside decking with table and chairs and rattan seating.

Inside the caravan you’ll find everything you need microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron, hairdryer, straighteners, DVD player all bedding included.

It’s a lovely quiet site but passes to the entertainment included lovely pub next door to site and just a small walk to beach.

We loved our stay in this caravan really comfortable and clean, great communication with owner, kids loved the park, the pool and going into Dawlish Warren for fun fair and nice shops, we had few nice meals in The Mount Pleasant Inn just around the corner, lovely food, altogether a great holiday.

We had a great week, the van was lovely, clean, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The communication with Anita was brilliant. The kids absolutely loved the pool.
