Terms and Conditions for Holiday Letting:
Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan. Evidence of smoking or drugs in the caravan will result in a penalty charge of up to £1000.00.
A refundable security/damage deposit of £80 is required. This deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages or excessive cleaning is required.
Cancellations made within 31 days of the arrival date will result in the loss of the deposit. Alternatively, you can rebook your holiday with a £25.00 admin charge. Please note that the price of your stay may change when rebooking.
Full payment must be made at least 31 days before the arrival date. We will attempt to take payment 31 days prior to your arrival. Failure to make payment may result in the loss of any previous payments made, and your holiday will be canceled.
In the event that the park is closed due to COVID, a full refund will be provided.
Please empty bins at the end of your stay in the designated bins provided at the park.
Bed linen, towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand soap, and washing up liquid will be provided.
Dogs are allowed in the caravan/site, except for pit bull terriers, Dogo Argentinos, fila brasileiros, and Japanese tosas.
Gas and electricity costs are included in the payment. Excessive use of heating should be avoided, and the heating should not be left on when the caravan is unoccupied. Additional charges may apply for excessive gas usage.
There is electric car charging points in the main car park. Prohibited charging in the caravan: It is strictly prohibited to plug in and charge your electric vehicle using the caravan's electrical outlets. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and proper functioning of the electrical system in the caravan.
The booking does not include a Haven pass. Passes can be purchased separately from the reception or online. Some activities within the park may require an additional charge that is not included in the Play Pass purchase.
It is recommended to obtain your own travel insurance, as personal injury or damage to the caravan will not be covered.
The booking will only be confirmed once a deposit has been paid. Upon receipt of payment, a booking confirmation will be sent.
Static Holidays acts as a private rental company, and bookings are not made through Haven.
If asked to leave the site, no refund will be provided, and future bookings will not be allowed.
NO barbecues on the decking or near the caravan.
