Welcome to Hattie Hawthorns, 8 berth, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom static caravan with wrap-around lockable gated decking, patio doors straight onto the decking area, perfect for your early morning cuppa, or evening bottle of wine.

This caravan is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very homely, you won’t want to leave.

It’s situated on a lovely quiet cul-de-sac but still, only two minutes walk to the resort center and beach.

There are no pets allowed, however, if you have allergies please be aware I take my dogs in here at times.

Fully double glazed with central heating, fully equipped kitchen, with a small selection of tea and coffee.

All clean bedding supplied included in the costs.

Iron, ironing board, clothes airer, outside washing line, hair dryer, grass area, decking furniture plus more supplied to make your stay easier and relaxing.

This is probably one of the best caravans I have stayed in at trecco , lovely location Nice and quiet all around, the owner is lovely and very friendly we are now looking to book again. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend.

The caravan was lovely, the beds were all very comfortable. The location of the caravan is lovely and quiet, close to the beach. The tv’s in 2 of the bedrooms were an added bonus. This caravan is looked after well and loved - it shows! Teresa was only a WhatsApp away and is very friendly, we have already been discussing our next visit.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in this super cosy, clean and modern caravan. It really was a home from home experience and we wanted for nothing as the caravan was so well equipped. Theresa was so accommodating and her correspondence was very prompt. The welcome gift including an Anniversary card and bottle of Prosecco was a gorgeous surprise. Thank you very much Theresa. The caravan has a perfect location with less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and holiday park entertainment. Our 8 year old loved the activities and night time entertainment. I would highly recommend this caravan for your next holiday. We wouldn’t hesitate going back.

From the start of the booking Teresa was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble with the welcome gift being very much appreciated. The only down side was an issue with the hot water which Teresa did try to help with as much as she could. I would totally recommend this property as it is very comfortable and very clean with loads of outside decking to relax in. The location is great too but be warned it costs for the passes and most of the activities and tbh the amount they charge is not really worth the money you have to pay. The beach is literally 5 minutes walk away and you can walk to Porthcawl in around 15, fabulous location. Very clean site too! Would we stay here again - definitely but next time won’t pay for passes. Thank you Teresa for being so accommodating and also arranging to send back my keys that I had left there!

Hi thanks for checking out our listing, these are our booking terms
we require a non refundable £100 booking deposit this secures your holiday, it also acts as a bond that is then refunded after your stay provided the caravan is left clean and tidy with no signs of damage, smoking, over occupancy, drug use and/ or antisocial behaviour, there is no barbecuing allowed on the decking.
You will lose your deposit and will not be refunded any of your holiday price if your holiday is cut short due to evidence of any of the above, any damage etc over your bond will be taken to small claims court, your price does not include any passes or guaranteed access to any of the park facilities
The price includes bedding, electricity, gas (fair usage, no charging of electric cars) there is a microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and a small selection for tea/coffee.
Pets are not allowed .
Parking for 1 car available next to caravan, if you have more than one car please unload your items and park in overflow car park, or the main trecco bay car park, much easier.
Please bring your own towels, soap, shampoo etc
Check in 4pm check out 10am.
Early check in, late check out may be available upon request, charge applies, please email for information.
