Description

Our caravan will be professionally cleaned between visitors. Although it’s full accessible for wheelchair users, you don’t have to be disabled or a wheelchair user to rent out.

Outside there is a large decking on two sides of the caravan, to the south and west, it gets the sun all day. There is a large long ramp wheelchair access. Sofa, two chairs and coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs.

Main bedroom- Double bed with 2 wardrobes and bedside tables. Space for wheelchair.

Twin room - 2 single beds, bedside table, space for wheelchair

Large adapted bathroom- wet room with wheel in shower and fold down seat in shower area. Lots of handles. Toilet and sink

Kitchen area- space under sink/ work surface so wheelchair can fit. Gas oven, fridge freezer, all new kitchen equipment including iron, kettle, toaster, crockery, pots and pans, glasses, utensils etc

Dining area- stools and bench

Lounge area- L-shaped sofa, Smart tv, coffee table, electric fire

Decorated with seaside-themed pictures and ornaments for a cosy coastal retreat.

Smoking and vaping is not allowed and unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Remember to bring your own towels, tea towels. Bed linen is provided.

Hunstanton beach is 5-10 mins walk from caravan, with a wheelchair accessible parade into the town and along to Heacham in the other direction. The Town centre is just 10-15 min walk away. A good sized Tesco is just 5 mins walk from caravan. Town has lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Entertainment includes theatre, sealife centre, large pool complex, fairground, amusement arcades, boat trips, putting green, bowls and bandstand. Don’t miss the joke shop, vintage tea rooms for afternoon tea or viewing the motorbikes on show down at the seafront.

There are good public transport to other coastal towns and villages on the Coastal Hopper and to Kings Lynn. Old Hunstanton beach cafe loans a beach wheelchair. Norfolk Lavender, Sandringham, Holkham Hall and Wells are all local attractions.

Manor Farm has a clubhouse with children’s entertainment, nightly acts, bingo, a restaurant, small inside/outside swimming pool and amusement arcade. There are duck ponds on site, fun feeding the ducks for little ones!
