• Only the applicants listed on the booking form shall be entitled to occupy the accommodation
• The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons named on the booking form
Arrival and Departure
The caravan maybe occupied from the following times from the first day of hire;
Check In – 3pm onwards
Check Out – 10am prompt
Keys will be in a key safe at the caravan and accessed via a numbered code. The code will be sent to you via text message half an hour before your arrival. Please ensure all windows and external doors to the caravan are fully locked, secured and keys are returned to the key safe upon departure. In the case of a maintenance problem, the hirer shall contact us as the owners directly on the above contact numbers and we will arrange for our on-site maintenance repairs team to sort the problem
• Smoking is not permitted in the caravan or on the decking
• Drug use is strictly prohibited in the caravan and on Haven premises
• The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition as it was found on arrival ready for the next guests. This also includes the decking furniture returned to its proper location and free from all rubbish
• Bed linen should be stripped and placed at the bottom of the bed for collection. A mop and hoover will be provided in the caravan
• The caravan must be vacated at 10am on the last day of your stay, ready for cleaner to check over
• Decking cushions must be taken in doors after each use and not left outside
• All bins including recycling are to be emptied (Please use Haven’s bin location point near to Caravan)
• Please check you have all of your belongings upon departure. We will keep any left items for 2 weeks from departure date for you to collect. After this point any items will be disposed of
Not Permitted in the Caravan
• No outdoor footwear to be worn inside the caravan, on carpeted areas
• Please make sure pens and pencils are used on the table and leave no marks
• No Candles or naked flames
• No smoking inside the caravan or on the decking.
Damage to the caravan
• Please report any accidents, losses or damages caused by you or your party as soon as possible to enable us to respond to the incidents
• Where damage exceeds the £100 deposit, then necessary action will be taken to seek full compensation which may include additional charges
• In the event that you are not happy with the response from the owner, then you must seek legal advice as this will protect the rights of both you and the caravan owner
• It is your responsibility during your stay, to ensure the caravan is locked and secured at all times. We do not take responsibility for loss or damage to any of your items left inside or outside of the caravan. You are liable for any loss or damage to our items inside and outside the caravan due to the caravan not being secured properly or items being left out.
Behaviour
• You must show consideration to your neighbours and other guests on the park. Haven reserve the right to ask guests who contravene our terms and conditions, or who in any other way are behaving in a manner likely to cause distress or nuisance to other visitors to leave the park immediately. In these circumstances the holiday ceases and we shall not be liable for any extra costs incurred by you
