Special/Additional Conditions & Restrictions

These terms form a part of the Mobile Holiday Home Supplier Rental Contract and, by making a booking request through UKCaravans4Hire, they are deemed to be accepted by you.

We're providing privately owned accommodation for single guests, families or couples only, for holiday purposes of up to 14 nights. Commercial travellers are not accepted.

You will agree to the holiday park rules: a full copy is available from reception. If you have any issues during your stay, please contact us and not the holiday park.

Occasionally, we may need to substitute the advertised holiday home with a different holiday home; however, the replacement holiday home will be of the same (or higher) grade as that advertised and any differences between the two will be minor.

Where there is a bunk bed, there is a minimum age of 6 years to use the top bunk bed and, for each bunk bed, there will be a maximum weight limit of 100kg.

Only one car is permitted per booking and we will need the registration number before you arrive. Please ask us, before booking, regarding additional cars, or vehicles other than cars, as some holiday parks do not allow vehicles other than cars.

Guests staying at this holiday park are not allowed to bring animals (except assistance animals) onto the park; we may ask for proof that an animal is an assistance animal.

Bed Linen, Towels, Tea Towels, Cots and/or Highchairs are not supplied or available to hire.

Please ensure that you have a valid Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) certificate for all electrical appliances that you bring into the holiday home.

The keys are held in a secure keybox attached to the holiday home; when the holiday home is ready, we will message you with the holiday home number and the code for the keybox.

Barbecues are only allowed in the designated barbecue area and not outside the holiday home.

You will agree to reimburse us for all of our costs in retrieving, or replacing the keys to the holiday home should you misplace, or lose the keys to the holiday home. You agree to pay us direct for these costs, or you give us permission to recover these costs from the “good housekeeping bond”.

If the total amount you owe us exceeds the “good housekeeping bond” held by UKCaravans4Hire; you agree to pay us the difference and will permit us to pass your contact details to the property owner if they request them.

Please claim any items left in the property within 14 days of departure; any items not claimed after that time will be disposed of. A £10.00 service charge (plus any third party costs (if appropriate)) may be applied in the event of us having to return left items.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our responsibility to you where it would be unlawful to do so. Our total liability to you for any breach of the Rental Contract, however that may arise, is limited to the total of the Rental Charge that we receive from UKcaravans4Hire. ...Show less
