Located at the top of the park with stunning sea views over the bay towards Paignton, Brixham and Torquay . There is a private garden with flowers and shrubs with BBQ as well as a decked balcony and patio area .

Inside has an open plan kitchen, diner and living room. There is a double bedroom with en-suite WC, two bedrooms with two single beds in each with plenty of storage wardrobe's and drawers. The main bathroom has a bath and shower. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.

The location offers plenty of opportunity for days out with excellent public transport connecting the area superbly. In just 10 minutes on the bus you can reach Brixham and Paignton with Torquay being a little further. The Dartmouth steam railway runs across the bottom of the park which a a lovely sight to see. At Christmas it is lit up and looks fantastic

There are several lovely walks and you can walk to Goodrington sands in around 20minutes where there is a lovely waterpark with shutes ideal for the children. you can also walk to Paignton, Broadsands and for the more adventurous Brixham which is a lovely walk taking in two coves and stunning woodland on the route it takes around hour and a half.

Only thing I can say unbelievable. Views from lodge wow Lodge its self wow had everything you need and more,spotless clean communication with owner excellent. I would recommend this lodge to anyone. Didn't want to leave .

Wow what can I say, we had a wonderful long weekend in this lodge. It was me, hubby, 2 children and our Lhasa Apso pup. The owner was fantastic with communication, she gave us extra time at no extra cost. It was homely and very well kept, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The double bed was the most comfy bed I've ever slept in away from home. And the views were absolutely stunning, it was far better all round than I was expecting. There was a lovely enclosed garden which our dog loved. I would go back tomorrow if I could. A bit of info about the park, its small but was all kept lovely, the pool was stunning but way to cold. You have to book ahead which isn't ideal. But it meant the pool doesn't get over full. It's all on a hill which is why you get such beautiful views. We didn't use the restaurant as it was a quick trip and there wasn't any children's entertainment, which we knew before we went. I would 100% recommend this lodge.
