Our family caravan is situated in the Sandhills area of Butlins which is nice and quiet, It is a 6-minute walk to the tunnel to the butlins entertainment area

Our caravan has 3 bedrooms 1 double with wardrobes and small bed tables, 2 twin rooms with single beds & cupboard space & 1 pull-out double bed in the lounge

All have brand new duvets & duvet sets on each bed , the duvet sets will be changed after every booking

Double glazed & Central heating , the bathroom as a walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin + there is another toilet & hand basin in a separate room

A beautiful kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, toastie machine, pans & cutlery and everything else that is needed

There is a iron & ironing board

Also a hair dryer & a clothes airer

The lounge as a dining area, Smart TV, FREE WiFi, and coffee table, there is a parking space outside of the caravan

You will receive 4 passes 2 adult & 2 children
OR
you can have up to 3 adult passes if theres no kids ,included in the price

( IF MORE PASSES ARE REQUIRED YOU WILL NEED TO PAY EXTRA FOR EACH ONE )

Adult passes are age 15 yrs & over

Children passes are 2 yrs - 14 yrs

Under 2 yrs do not need a pass

There is also a travel cot ( but you must provided your own bedding ) , a high chair , Baby bath , changing mat & baby bouncer you can use if needed free of charge !!!

There is a £100 refundable bond included which will be refunded to you after your holiday provided there's no breakages or damage to the caravan

NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED ON THE CARAVAN OR BUTLINS SITE DURING A WEEKENDER

ALL GUEST WILL NEED A PASS EVEN IF THEY DONT WANT TO GO OVER TO THE BUTLINS RESORT , BUTLINS POLICY !!!
