Valley Park 3 Bedroom + Paved Outdoor seating area Cresswell Towers

This Modern 3 Bedroom caravan is situated in Valley Park close to the main clubhouse and facilities and
A 200-meter walk to Creswell Beach.

The Caravan comfortably sleeps 8, with 1 double room and 2 twins, a fold-out double bed can be found in the front room.

Bedding is provided, however, we do not supply towels so please make sure you bring your own along

Gas central heating and double-glazed and electric fire in the living area.

With A Lovely large paved outdoor area with outdoor seating, a large Gas BBQ & Charcoal Pizza oven ( Fee applies) the outdoor area is perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink and some fresh air, with outdoor toys and games to entertain the Kids.

The clubhouse serves food and drinks, kids & Adult entertainment, bingo and arcades.

Passes are required for the Swimming pool & bingo
( Guest passes are not included and can be purchased from reception if required)
football court, children's park, shop and launderette.

We have two paddleboards available for hire, 1 Adult and 1 Junior board, if you would like to include these then there is a £100 returnable deposit required and then a £40 charge for the use of the boards.

BBQ & Pizza oven available, £20 charge for Gas bottle

No Smoking includes Vaping and will result in you losing your deposit.
You have a responsibility to leave the caravan as you first find it.
Prior to your stay, the caravan has been thoroughly cleaned. Please check the caravan when you arrive and report any issues immediately, and photograph any issues.
Before leaving the caravan, please ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and back in place, all kitchen surfaces and caravan tables have been wiped clean, and bins have been emptied.

Please leave the caravan in the state you find it in so that the cleaners do not have to spend extra time and delay the next guests.
Failure to keep the caravan clean and tidy will result in the loss of your deposit.
Please do not steal any property from the caravan, Unfortunately, this has happened recently and will be reported to the Police.
All doors and windows must be closed when you leave the caravan. Failure to do this risks the caravan's security and the deposit may be withheld.

The cleaners will take photographs of any mess or damage they find. and also of the caravan prior to your arrival
