Description

Lovely, well maintained, and privately owned 38ftx12ft, two bedroom, 2021 model Carnaby Silverdale static caravan on Hoburne Naish.

My holiday home is mainly used for myself and my family but is available to let during the summer holidays. Please note that availability is for full week (7 nights), or long weekends (3/4 Nights).

The caravan is situated on Field Place, a quiet area of Hoburne Naish, yet only a short walk from the beach, cliffs and site amenities. Hoburne Naish is ideal for families and couples alike.
Sleeping four guests, the two bedrooms comprise a master bedroom with king size double with TV, en-suite toilet, and fitted wardrobes, and a twin bedded bedroom.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
Within the kitchen diner is a dining table with four chairs, a full-size cooker, a built-in dishwasher and a microwave.

The open-plan lounge area offers a free-standing sofa and armchairs, wall-mounted electric flame effect fire, flat-screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. French doors open from the lounge onto a spacious wraparound deck, with gated steps leading down for access. There are weatherproof tables and chairs on the deck for al fresco dining. The decking area has an open outlook onto the large green space.

Hoburne Naish is ideally situated right on the coast between Barton on Sea and Christchurch and is a friendly holiday park with many guests returning year after year. The clubhouse area includes bar and restaurant, entertainments. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, kiddies splash pool, sauna, steam room, gym, tennis and basketball courts. The caravan is located on field place which is a quiet area overlooking an open green park and a short walk to the amenities and the beach.

The site has its own gated access down to the beach, (not flat access, so maybe unsuitable for some) from where you can walk along the beach front to Highcliffe Castle and beyond. Avon Beach, Mudeford and Christchurch are only a short drive away.

A second private gate provides access to a cliff walk towards Barton on Sea.

The New Forest is right on the doorstep too, with wonderful wildlife and opportunities for walking, cycling and great country pubs!
The Hoburne Naish pass (normally £50 for a family of 4) is included in the cost of the rental and can be collected from Naish reception on arrival. The whole party can use the on-site bar, café, restaurant, entertainment venue, pools and gym. Some activities may have to be booked in advance at busy times, so please check with the Reception desk.

There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, cafés etc. within walking distance of Hoburne Naish, but for the full holiday experience, Hoburne Naish has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room, toddler splash pool, restaurant, gym, cafe and bar. The Venue offers daytime and evening entertainment. ( subject to Hoburne Naish's entertainment programme).

Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the Park.
