Description

Victory is a self-catering accommodation accessed by self-check-in, which comes with:

- an open plan living room with L shaped sofa (can be converted into a double sofa bed) with far-reaching views of woodland
- kitchen/diner - comes with gas oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining table seats 4 people.
- bathroom/shower and en-suite WC
- 3 bedrooms comprising of:
(1) The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and en suite WC.
(2) Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 single beds each, with one bedroom having a small wardrobe.

Our caravan benefits from double glazing, radiators, an electric fireplace in the living room, and storage areas throughout. Board games, DVDs and children’s books are also available. We have a driveway that can fit 2 cars outside the property.

Getting around:
Accessible by public transport (bus, taxi). 3.4 miles to the train station (St. Leonard's Warrior Square). Access to the beach via Hastings town centre (3.5 miles from Beauport).

Located at Beauport Holiday Park, The Ridge West, St Leonards-On-Sea, Beauport Holiday Park offers great facilities such as its clubhouse (bar/restaurant), fitness suite, laundrette, shop and outdoor swimming pool. Some children's activities and evening entertainment at the clubhouse are provided by the park. The park is dog-friendly and I am sure your dog(s) will enjoy the woodland walks!

Hastings is a vibrant seaside town with plenty of amenities and entertainment for families, individuals and pets to enjoy. Access to the motorway to nearby towns in East Sussex and Kent.

Infant: we do not have much room in the bedrooms for a cot. If you proceed to book, this is within your discretion assuming you find our caravan (as advertised in the photos) is suitable for your needs.

Quiet hours: 9 pm until 8 am
If you wish to use the park’s pool and leisure facilities, please let me know in your booking request and I can inform you on how passes can be purchased. The pool opening times is subject to the park's discretion and weather permitting.
Any late arrivals after 7 pm, please let me know prior to check-in for instructions on accessing the property when the park barriers close.

Please consider the following during your stay:
- take care of the property for the duration of your stay
- follow rules and road signs where indicated in the park
- be considerate towards our neighbours
- read house manual for property information (which I will email to you a day or two before check-in).
