Set in mid Cornwall, with great transport links, 20 mins from the Eden project and incredible beaches, a stone’s throw from St. Austell and Parr market which has a substantial children's soft play and activity center.

The site has a cafe with open air section an open air swimming pool, resident animals, a small games room and 4 fishing lakes.
Reception is friendly and helpful.

The holiday home is only just 2 years old and sleeps 4 -6 with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms one double with adjoining toilet and 2 singles, also separate toilet and shower room. It is fully equipped with a microwave, TV, WIFI (that works), fridge, freezer, central heating, hair dryer, towels, bedding, cooker also a patio with furniture. Off road parking for 2 cars.
