We are delighted to introduce Dora’s Lookout at Haven’s Rockley Park.

Situated in Arne View,with Sea views. Quiet location yet central to the main park’s facilities and bus stop.

Short walk to Rockley Beach and the water sports center.

The master bedroom has a double bed ,TV and fitted wardrobe with en-suite.

Bedroom two and three offers 2 single beds with wardrobes or hanging space.

Main bathroom with shower.

Hair dryer is also provided.

Fully equipped kitchen includes full-size fridge freezer, gas hob, grill, microwave, kettle,4 slice toaster, crockery, pots and pans, cutlery and all essential cooking utensils.
Plastic plates, bowls, cups and cutlery for children to use.

Dining table and 6 chairs

The lounge is spacious with free standing furniture,TV with DVD player, and electric fire, with double doors opening onto the veranda which has a bistro table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy the view with.

Central heating and double glazing throughout.

Board games are located in the lounge.

There is space for up to 2 cars beside the holiday home and also a picnic table.

Linen and towels can be included for an extra cost. You are welcome to bring your own, pillow and duvets are available for you to use.

There is a laundrette on site as well.

Entertainment passes are NOT included but can be purchased from the main reception.

£100 non -refundable deposit to secure your stay and full payment 30 days before your arrival.

£100 refundable deposit in case of any damage/broken items or failure to return key.
