Kitchen:
The kitchen amenities are more than adequate, providing you with utensils, dishes, and cookware to prepare everything from toast in the morning to a full meal for up to 6 people. Appliances include a refrigerator, gas oven and hob. User manuals for kitchen equipment can be found in the bottom drawer in the kitchen.

living space:
An open-concept living space that caters for a combined dining and living room welcomes you. This space consists of a 4-seater dining table, Corner Settee (which opens out as a sofa bed) a Smart TV, Coffee table.

Bedrooms:
The main bedroom offers a double bed, ample storage space, a dressing table with a stool, along with hairdryer, wall lamps, and hangers. The second bedroom offers 2 x small single beds, a night stand with lamp along with storage space. The bedding for pull out bed is located in the main bedroom wardrobe.

Bathrooms:
The Caravan offers 1.5 bathrooms, one being an ensuite to the main bedroom with a toilet and hand basin. The main bathroom includes; a shower, hand basin, and toilet, please note towels are not provided.

Outside:
A secure, fenced and gated decking for maximum privacy (and a great option for a small dog), with a table and chairs.

Guest access:
The keypress is at the top of the steps to the left hand side on the post.

Other things to note

Please Note: The Swimming Pool and facilities are operated by Parkdean, and charges are incurred for their use of these. Park passes can be purchased from the Owners Lounge at the entrance to the park.

Please Note: Bed linen is provided and made up for arrival However, towels are not provided.
