Thanks for an excellent few days caravan was lovely and clean with everything we needed . We will book it again thanks Derek.

Tried booking via the website and a message advised that booking request had been issued to caravan owner , did not ever get a response. There should be some kind of turnaround for owners to respond , sat waiting for a reply not knowing if the caravan was available. Sent numerous messages. After no response (never did get anything back ) Tried booking another caravan through a different owner , dates showed availability for Easter weekend Birch 47 , allowed me to pay and all was confirmed.. to then get a message from caravan owner to say this was not available offering an alternative caravan. Dates should not show as available and payment taken if the chosen accommodation is booked !! Once booked caravan owner sent what’s app saying booked. No info given on site, such as directions , close amenities , postcode to park etc . Chased and was told key safe code is given on the day once cleaner has been . Travelling down on the day with no info at all to only be able to check in from 4pm without any directions or postcode was poor considering the cost of the accommodation over £700 for 3 nights. A welcome pack with useful info should be provided . We were provided with a site map via what’s app on the day which did not give clear instruction where the key safe was. We ended up going to check in queue and queuing for half an hour to be told check in was for park Dean resort guests only , caravan owner should advise where key is . We guess then it must be on the caravan . No communication with directions to park or key., just a map on the day with where caravan was situated . Defo more info should have been provided for the cost. No instructions on how to use boiler , no map of park , no what’s on entertainment info ,
