This is a well-equipped, 6 berth caravan for let on Sealands Caravan Park, Ingoldmells.

There is a lovely spacious veranda with a table and chairs, and a lockable gate. There is parking for 1/2 cars at the side of the caravan..

The caravan has a gas fire in the living room and double glazing, making it feel cosy and home-like.

The accommodation is as follows:
- Well-fitted kitchen with microwave, gas oven, integrated under-counter fridge with ice compartment, toaster, kettle etc. and plenty of storage.
- Lounge/dining area with separate table and chairs, settees (with sofa bed), flat screen TV.
- Master bedroom with large bed, bedside tables, ample wardrobe space.
- Twin bedroom with single beds with wardrobe.
- Main bathroom with large shower cubicle, toilet, basin with cabinet.
-The full-length cupboards off the kitchen provide space for cleaning equipment.

Double and single duvets and ample pillows will be provided. We do not provide bath or hand towels but we can provide the linen for a small cost.

As this is our special holiday home for ourselves and our family, we would like to think that all holidaymakers will treat it with the same care and consideration as we do and leave it in the same condition that it was found on your arrival.

lovely friendly owner made it easy to book. caravan was clean and bedding made up on arrival was nice and clean. nice location to the sealands pub and local beach at the top of the site. lovely walk to Ingoldmells and fantasy island and the rides. we had a lovely stay and will return.

Bookings & Conditions:
Bookings are available from Friday to Friday, Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday and Monday to Monday.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
There is also a SECURITY/DAMAGE/NON-CLEANING Bond of £50 required, which is refundable at the end of the holiday, provided the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition or billed if there is damage over £50.
The caravan is available from 4pm Contact us for early check-in. Departure time is no later than 10am.
When requesting a quote, please let us know if your party is all adults over 25 or adults with children under 16.
Please let us know if you are using an electric car, as charges will be made if you charge from the caravan.
