This Brand New caravan is a lovely Home from Home which sleeps 4 and is pet friendly
The caravan is fitted with Double glazing and central heating through out. French doors lead out to the wrap around decking with Rattan table & chairs for 4 people (also has 4 buffets or as like to use them foot stools) which gets the Sun all day.

When you enter the through the side door you will be welcomed to a open plan Kitchen/Dinning/Lounge area

The kitchen comes with Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Dual Airfryer, gas oven & hob with extractor fan, separate grill, toaster, kettle all the utensils and crockery you will need. All pots and pans and cooking trays included.

Dining area has a free standing 4 seater table and chairs with a utility cupboard which includes Ironing board, iron, airer, Brooms and mops

Lounge comes with freestanding twin and three seater sofas. 43” Ultra HD smart TV, Free private Wi-Fi, a games console with over 5000 old school games and 2 controllers. Smarters TV package on the smart Tv

Master bedroom has a King Size bed and a walk in wardrobe area. Dressing table with Mirror and a Hair dryer. 2 x Wireless phone & watch chargers

The Beach is about a 10min slow walk. The beach is vast and not as busy as the others within the surround area. The beach is dog friendly and has a beach hut serving refreshments and beach toys. If the beach is not for you there is lovely coastal walks on the Cleveland way going to either Scarborough or Filey

There is a regular bus service from the Entrnace to the park going to Scarborough. If you wish to drive Scarborough is 2.5miles away and Filey is 5miles. Whitby can be reached by car in about 40mins and Bridlington is the same

All linen is included in the price along with towels which is reflected in the price. A professional cleaner comes in when you have check out and completes an inventory whilst cleaning.

Well behaved small dogs are welcome. And should not be left alone. A crate can be provided at a cost if needed.

This is our Home from Home that we use regularly and comes with many extras that you would not get with a Parkdean rental. All we ask is that you respect our Home and our furnishings

This is a Contactless check in/out so no queuing and waiting for the keys. Arrive as early as you want on the check in day but you must leave by 10am so the cleaners can come in.

Basically turn the key to the door turn off the alarm and everything you need apart from your swimming costume is there.
