We stayed in this lovely privately owned caravan at Burnham on Sea in late September 23 and it was perfect for what we wanted. The caravan was well laid out with plenty of space for four adults, one teen and a baby. The kitchen had everything we needed and a second toilet separate from the main bathroom was ideal. The shower worked very well and there was always plenty of hot water for everyone. Unfortunately we didn't have great weather so it was a relief that the heating worked excellently as well! There is a small but perfectly suited bit of decking for outside dining, including table, chairs and parasol. The owners provided a high chair, cot, buggy and baby carrier which was hugely helpful and at no extra cost! There were games in the cupboard, a TV and the free WiFi worked really well. The beds were comfy and the bedding was all pretty much brand new. The van was well situated on site, a two minute walk from the entetainment block, swimming pool and activities area but you are not bothered by any noise or through traffic from other holiday makers and you're not far from the site exit out to the beaches. Plus parking is directly at the front of the caravan. It was very well priced for the week, the owners communication was excellent and they couldn't have done more to ensure we had the perfect stay.
