Owner's Booking Terms

A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. This enables me to send a key release form. Keys are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be returned by 10am on the day of departure.

Security/Damage deposit £50 returned after your stay if no damage incurred.

Owner Description

The caravan sleeps 6 people plus a baby (travel cot available at no additional charge) in three bedrooms. The master suite has a full sized double, the second has a full sized double that can be converted to two twin beds and a third bedroom equipped with full sized bunk beds.

The recently refurbished kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, grill, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, iron and slow cooker. The lounge has ample seating for six, flat screen LED TV with Freeview and DVD, Wii Games Console and Games. The good sized bathroom has a very efficient shower, toilet and hand basin. There is also a porch attached for storing coats and boots.

A large fully fenced garden area complete with decking, Charcoal BBQ and garden furniture including table, six chairs and parasol, plus parking for two cars.

Kelling Heath Holiday Park has recently been awarded the Holiday Village of the Year and is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the North Norfolk Coast. With miles of woodland and heathland trails for walking and cycling, or simply enjoying the diverse range of wildlife, it is an ideal location to relax with family and friends.

A Beautiful Caravan with everything you could possible want! The porch was handy as it had a fridge freezer in and it meant we could do our shopping and plan out our meals! The garden is fenced off and not overlooked by other caravans and your car is safely parked out of the way at the back of the caravan ! The barbeque is wonderful but if you do decide to cook the cooker is good too! The site is a wonderful place for both young and old alike and you can relax and just watch the birds and wildlife whilst having a drink on the balcony!

Stayed at what must be one of the best plots on the site. Short distance from centre but quiet. Sunny but secluded with trees 3 sides of the large plot. Fully equipped kitchen. Very helpful owner. Was very pleasantly surprised - I expected a lot less for the money I paid. I would re-book for this one without hesitation.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE CARAVAN, PARTICULARLY THE PORCH WHICH MEANT BUGGY ETC COULD BE LEFT TOGETHER WITH COATS AND SHOES. LOTS OF GAMES FOR THE CHILDREN TO PLAY WITH, BEDS COMFORTABLE, TRAVEL COT SET UP FOR US ALREADY IN KIDS ROOM WHICH WAS VERY KIND. SITE VERY CLEAN AND TIDY, LOTS OF PEOPLE AROUND BUT NO NOISE TO SPEAK OF. REALLY RELAXING HOLIDAY
