We offer a stunning, home from home lakeside lodges nestled in front of the beautiful kingfisher or mallard lake in the beautiful Cotswolds.

Main bedroom - king bed with built in wardrobe, bedside tables and dressing table with stool. Includes the use of Egyptian cotton waffle robes and all bedding and towels.

Ensuite bathroom with sink and toilet attached. All linens included and a “oops we forgot” basket available in case of any little hiccups.

2nd bedroom - 2 x twin beds with wall mounted cupboard space/ built in wardrobes.
(3 bed on mallard lake is the same but with an additional 3rd bedroom as above please see other listing if you need a space for up to 8 ???? )

The bathroom has a good size shower, toilet and sink.

The living room comes with sofa bed for sleeping extra guests (bedding is under the bed in the main bedroom) and a smart flat screen tv with access to Netflix & Prime etc.
Wi-Fi included -password is in the lodge.

Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need- full size fridge/freezer, full size oven and all essentials including toaster and microwave.
Dining table and all crockery included. If you don’t fancy cooking though a BBQ and coals are available for a lake side summer cookout
Patio doors open out to a beautiful view of the lake on the decking with table, chairs and parasol for your convenience- perfect for that first cuppa in the morning.

We are a family of pet lovers and more than happy to accept well behaved furry family members please note an additional £25 will be added to the bill to cover the extra cleaning cost that they come with.
Please see the list below of all the activities available at the park, park passes are included on all bookings 4 days and more otherwise they will be £50 per booking.
