An entrance hall leads to all rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and grill, 5-burner hob, microwave and air-fryer and of course kettle and toaster. Built-in dishwasher and washing machine. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided along with fresh milk and non-dairy alternatives. Full dinner service, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans and utensils are all there. The dining table seats 4 comfortably.

The lounge is richly upholstered, offering space and comfort. Patio doors lead out to a large decked area with chairs and tables. Tv and DVD player with bluetooth-enabled soundbar provide the entertainment. A flame-effect fire adds ambiance to a comfortable evening.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite shower and wc, dresser and copious drawer and wardrobe space. Comfortable bed linen and towels are provided.

The twin bedroom has two full-sized single beds, a dresser and plenty of wardrobe space.

The main bathroom is light and airy and has shower, wc and basin. Shower gels, shampoo and toothbrushes are provided if you forget your own!

There is a sprung, pull-out sofa bed in the living area increasing the maximum occupancy to six persons.

Binka is situated on a small, quiet site on the Dornoch Firth, with the historic towns of Tain and Dornoch nearby. Local walks include coast and beaches as well as hills and climbs. Glenmorangie and Balblair distilleries are just a few minutes away and offer tours and tastings. This is a great base to explore the Highlands!
