Our Holiday home is graded by Haven and would be advertised on their website as a Prestige with Decking. Book with us direct and save up to 50% compared to Haven prices.
The holiday home is in a perfect position being the nearest in Kiln Park to Tenby Town, Tenby Harbour and the beautiful North Beach just a 10 minute walk. The walk to the beach is 7 minutes and a walk to the entertainment centre will take approx 10 minutes.
Central heating with double glazing in a modern open-plan arrangement. For your convenience a 43” Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video is available. DVD & Blue-Ray player, Bluetooth speaker with a TV/DVD player in the master bedroom also.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not charge for the WiFi it is provided free for your enjoyment. As Kiln Park is a large park and on occasion when the park is busy at peak times, broadband speeds can slow down significantly. So you may experience slower speeds at the static. Please be aware of this.
Large kitchen which includes full size 4 ring burner, oven etc, full size fridge freezer. Microwave, also a dishwasher for your convenience.
We have three bedrooms, one double bedroom with a TV/DVD player, a wardrobe, storage also a separate toilet room. We have two further bedrooms with two single beds in each, with wardrobes and storage. There is the main bathroom with a large shower.
Wrap around decking. Outside table & chairs and patio / Charcoal BBQ area in a very private well well-lit garden with a companion seat under a willow tree.
Duvets and pillows with covers supplied with beds made ready for your arrival.
Don't forget your own towels, tea towels etc.
Travel Cot & Highchair always available.
Please note we sell the ACCOMMODATION ONLY. We are not responsible for booking or purchasing play/leisure passes. Play passes are NOT included so that you can access some of the park facilities you do need them. We as owners are unable to purchase them on your behalf this has to be done by you directly with Haven.
When you make your balance payment 4 weeks prior to your visit we will register your visit to the park with Haven. You will be contacted immediately by email from Haven. This will generate an option for you to purchase play passes should you wish to. The 4 weeks then will give you plenty of time in which to book your activities for your family holiday.
If you don't require passes and access to the park complex Tenby Leisure Centre is just opposite the entrance to the park and has a Swimming pool, Fitness Suite, Sports halls, Dance Studio & Café etc at a much cheaper cost.
Heatherton World of Activities is just around the corner with Go Kart Racing, Shooting, Archery, Zip Lines, Crazy Golf etc where much better facilities can be found. Manor Wildlife Park & the Dinosaur Park are also nearby.
Holidays are primarily Monday to Friday and weekends are Friday to Monday. We would also consider 7 night holidays during certain times of the year please contact us for further details.
VERY IMPORTANT Check in after 3.00pm and check out is strictly by 10:30am. Our cleaning contractor needs to prepare the static ready for next holiday makers so apologies in advance.

In the summer school holidays (runs until Sept) a bus from the car park, 100 meters away takes you directly into Tenby town. The train Station is within easy walking distance as is Tenby town with great pubs, cafes & restaurants where there are 73 places listed on Tripadvisor to choose from. Nightlife in Summer time is awesome with clubs like the Prince of Wales & Saundersfoot Sands open till 4am.
No pets in this holiday home & families only. This is strictly a Non smoking static caravan, no smoking or vaping inside of the static.
