About the owner

Hello we are Alan and Moira, a retired couple from a village just outside Banbury in Oxfordshire. We have three children, three young grandchildren and they ALL live in the Bournemouth area!! We bought The Fat Seagull to provide us and our dogs with a beautiful bolt hole when visiting them all. We tend to use it during the autumn and winter months as I compete in agility with my dogs during the summer season. We absolutely love our time in Bournemouth and hope you enjoy your stay too .

This is a two bathroom unit, it has an en-suite to the double bedroom and a family bathroom next to the twin room. There is is double sofa bed which pulls out in the lounge. There is a drop leaf table and two chairs which seats four people when using the sofa. We have an air fryer, slow cooker and Bosch coffee machine. Television in the double bedroom with fire stick. Smart tv in the lounge area.

Just a short drive away or a pleasant 10-minute walk through the woods is the sister site, Oakdene Holiday Park. This is a much bigger site where you will find lots of activities for both adults and children. There is a seasonal outdoor pool, indoor pool, crazy golf, archery, an Escape Room, go-karting and two play areas for the kids. The arcade is always popular to spend those 2p coins and there is also an on-site restaurant with a varied menu. In the evenings and during school holidays there is entertainment for the children and the adults nightly bingo in the entertainment area and bar.

PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR HOLIDAY BUT CAN BE PURCHASED FROM THE RECEPTION AREA AT OAKDENE. THESE ARE AVAILABLE ON A DAILY OR WEEKLY BASIS.

There is parking outside for two cars and the decking and veranda provide a welcome sun trap for soaking up the rays and sipping a glass of something fizzy.
