Snape Lodge Retreats presents this beautiful and spacious Carnaby Hemsley Lodge for holiday lettings. It is a 2 bedroom lodge with a max occupancy of 4/5 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 singles and a travel cot. Perfect location for getaways, direct access to the beach, within easy reach of attractions, places of interest and the hills.
There is free Wi-Fi available a spacious lounge area with a smart TV. There is also a smart TV in the master bedroom with all streaming apps available including, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney. There is a Welcome Pack provided for your arrival so you can relax with a brew before you unload and unpack.
There is a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. With air fryer, gas cooker and we provide tea coffee & sugar for your arrival.
There is a bathroom with a shower and ensuite toilet to the double bedroom.
Each of the bedrooms has good wardrobe space and storage.
The lodge has full central heating and double glazing.
For your convenience we have supplied a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner to help you keep your holiday home tidy, cleaning products under the sink for kitchen and bathroom. We have also provided a small number of cleaning products should you need to clean anything during your stay. These are located under the sink. If you have small children then these can be moved to another cupboard, out of reach during your stay. If you require us to move these before arrival then please advise.

Strictly no smoking.
No same-sex group bookings (This is primarily to deter stag and hen parties. This rule does not prevent same-sex couples from hiring our caravan or family holidays such as Grandmother, Mother and Daughter).
There is direct access to the beach by way of a railway bridge at the bottom of the site.
Towyn centre is only a short walk from the main gate, giving you access to fairs and fun parks, various shops and arcades. Tir Prince with its markets and car boot sales are situated here too.
It is only a short distance to all bus routes and train stations. There are bus stops outside the main gate which takes you to Llandudno and Rhyl and surrounding areas.
Upon arrival:
When you arrive, pick up the caravan keys from the Reception. Receptions normal opening hours are 10am – 5:30pm and you will be supplied their number upon booking. You will need to call in advance to collect keys and barrier pass. If barrier pass or keys are not handed back to reception on departure then £20 will be kept from the security deposit for replacement.
Safety First:
The lighting of candles, Incense sticks etc and smoking is not allowed under any circumstances as a fire prevention measure.
This is an 4 birth caravan we are not insured to sleep more than 6 so please do not allow more than 6 people to stay at once.
Health and Hygiene:
DO NOT put sanitary products or wipes down the toilet as this causes blockages.
All beds will be made with linen and two handtowels will be provided in time for your arrival.
Payment Terms and Conditions:
A £100 deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure the booking with the balance due 1 calendar month prior to your arrival.
This £100 will also be used as a security bond which is refunded within a week after the caravan has been checked for damage and breakages.
THE £100 DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL.
YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED IF NOT PAID BY THE DUE DATE.
Entry to the caravan is after 3pm on the first day and you must vacate before 11:00am on the day of leaving.
