Welcome to our brand new luxury caravan 2025 model, it's like home from home. It has a spacious lounge area with ample seating, leading out onto the decked area with a new table and 4 chairs. A well equipped kitchen/dining area with everything you will need with a large fridge freezer.
It has 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and dressing table with a hairdryer provided, plenty of wardrobe space with an en-suite. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe and the third bed had 2 single beds with 2 cupboards above each bed.
There is an additional bathroom
with a toilet, hand basin, and shower.
The caravan has double glazing and central heating throughout.
There is also plenty of parking space by the caravan.
It's in a very good position on the park with just a short walk to the pool and clubhouse and a short walk to the shop and launderette, and also benefits from a sea view.
