We own 6 modern holiday homes based on the Butlins resort at Minehead in Somerset. (Reference numbers: 1043, 2096, 5127, 5128 & 5886)

31a Lakeside has one double bedroom (with freeview tv/dvd) two twin bedrooms (all have wardrobes/drawers with ample storage space) there's also a double sofa bed in the lounge to comfortably accommodate a family of 6-8.

The caravan also has a family shower room with w/c and a second separate en-suite w/c with hand basin in the double bedroom.

The kitchen is fully fitted with full size cooker, upright fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and everything else needed to be self catering.

In the lounge we have a large flat screen television (with Free-view) mounted on the wall, separate DVD player, electric flame effect fire and modern comfortable seating, there is also a separate dining area with seating for 6.

The Caravan is fully centrally heated with double glazing and insulation to keep guests comfortable all year round, an advantage because Butlins hold lots of winter breaks, particularly around Christmas time.

The caravan is on the main Lakeside caravan park and backs onto the fishing lake with a side decking/balcony with views to the lake and Exmoor hills.

We also have a free parking space close to the caravan.
