Top of the range caravan home from home experience, with Double Glazeing and Central Heating with 3 bedrooms. The caravan is situated at Kiln Park on Giltar court it as parking right outside. The caravan is very close to the beach path leading to the wonderful blue flag beach and tenby town. It is conveniently situated so you do not have to drive. The caravan as a 42 inch smart Tv and a Dvd player. Spacetious lounge with lovely big windows, solid wood flooring, fully fitted kitchen with built in ironing board,SO PLEASE DO NOT IRON ON WORK TOPS. It as a microwave large free standing cooker, built in fridge freezer , George foreman, and all the cutlery pots and pans and dishes. It contains everything you need for a lovely holiday. it as a separate toilet and sink. A shower with small bath below great for young children.It as 3 bedrooms with built in wardrobes, a large double bed in master bedroom super comfy. Two twin beds in the other bedrooms and a pull out bed in the lounge. Outside is a nice patio area which as a lovely wicker suite where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine, and a picnic bench for the children and also a grassed area where the children can play. Kiln park as wonderful entertainment for children and adults. Tenby as a lovely blue flag beach, folly farm and oakwood, a zoo, caldey island, and blue lagoon are close by and other attractions.You will need to bring towels and sheets and pillow cases, t towels. PASSES NOT INCLUDED. We welcome families and couples. We do short breaks and weekends but not during peak periods. Saturday to Saturday only during peak times.Could you please arrive at the caravan by 3pm and vacate the caravan by 10am. Please could you leave the caravan as you found it thank you. We are taking bookings for 2020 £100 deposit non refundable, secures your booking this goes towards your holiday.
