This van is lovely! Its in a fantantastic quiet and shaded location, not far from 'the village square' but far enough away that the evening entertainment noise is only just noticeable. In the quieter 1st week we were there, we often saw a little monk jack deer near the decking and had a 'pet' squirrel too who would frequent the bird table :) The living / kitchen space is really spacious, well laid out and very well equipped (inc basics like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc). The DVD player was a novelty for our teenage daughter :) who used it quite a lot in the mornings while we got ready for days out. The airier was a welcome addition too for hanging out wet swimsuits and towels etc. The bedding and towels were fresh smelling as well as being lovely and soft with lots of blankets too if they are needed. There were welcome gifts of yummy biscuits and cupcakes as well as milk in the fridge so we didn;t need to go out and buy essentials when we first arrived. All in all, this is an immaculate and wonderful place to hire, I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We had an excellent stay in Pauline’s caravan. It was immaculate when we arrived and has a beautiful sun-trap decking area which we used for breakfast through to sunset. Pauline was very helpful and quick to respond to messages, and we really hope we’ll be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Pauline’s caravan – truly a home away from home! It was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our trip comfortable and stress-free. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the area. We enjoyed a lovely walk down to the Railway Halt to watch the steam trains go by, hiked up to a nearby lookout with stunning views, and took short drives into Sheringham and Cromer – both well worth the visit. The Holiday Park itself is ideal for families, with plenty of activities and areas to explore for children of all ages. We purchased a day pass on our first day and the kids had a blast in the indoor pool! The evening entertainment was also a big hit with the whole family. We’re already looking forward to our next visit – highly recommended!

We are regular visitors to Kelling Heath with our young grandchildren and this is definitely our favourite accommodation. Excellent communication with owner. Immaculately clean. Kitchen well stocked with range of pans, utensils and crockery making cooking and eating in so easy. Nice to arrive to milk in the fridge and the biscuits and cakes were a kind and thoughtful touch. Situated not too far from the village square but far enough away not to be disturbed. Highly recommended.

The caravan was exactly as described and as per the photos. Situated in a lovely, private, peaceful setting, but still only a few minutes walk to the central area of the holiday park. Comms were great from the start, and the biscuits and Easter treats for the children were a lovely touch! :) Would definitely book again, and highly recommend!

The caravan was just as described, had everything we needed and was very clean. Nice touch to be greeted by cake, biscuits and milk. Plenty of outdoor seating to be had, nice decking area and bike to be used too. Communication with the owner was really good and all messages answered very quickly. Would definitely book again, as the location was great, only a 5 min walk from all the site facilities and had a lovely time.

Great location on Kelling Heath, 5 mins walk of the Square. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The owner, Pauline, was very responsive to messages and even left some biscuits, cakes and milk. Would definitely look to book it again, if available.

Lovely Owner and caravan in a gorgeous setting. We had a very relaxing weekend at the Pheasant. The caravan itself was spacious, clean and with all the necessities. The welcome gifts and milk were an added bonus, thank you. The setting is peaceful with plenty of outdoor seating options to allow you to catch the sun or shade. We were lucky enough to see a range of wildlife outside whilst sipping our morning coffee - squirrels, deer, nuthatches, tree creepers. The village square is just 5minute walk away and if you're restless there are plenty of walks nearby. Absolutely lovely - we'd fully recommend staying here.

Well placed on the campsite, close enough to walk to the village square and all that goes on. Well equipped and comfortable, feels very secluded.

Our first stay at Kelling Heath Park. The caravan had everything you need for a pleasant holiday. it was well positioned on the site, close to amenities. It was very clean, the kitchen had every utensil you would need. The heating/hot water was very efficient and the owner had left very thoughtful supplies such as fresh milk tea coffee biscuits and cakes. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. Everything was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We arrived to a spotlessly clean caravan. A nice array of biscuits and cakes. Kitchen had all you need to cook a meal and good quality utensils. Nice and cosy warm with radiators as we had cold nights. Toilet and shower also spotless. Couldn't fault it.

Our first family stay - fabulous! Great accommodation, full of provisions and lovely welcoming treats with a large fridge and freezer. Even milk provided. The owner had thought of everything to make our holiday break enjoyable and relaxing for us all! DVD entertainment included with children’s/family films. Plenty of space & useful shelves/units to put your things. Attractive & well kept inside with a cosy feel. Brilliant seating outside to have your breakfast, unwind & relax in the surroundings. A very nice peaceful & tranquil plot! The owner was very accommodating, flexible with duration of stay, efficient in communication and pleasantly kept in touch. Definitely recommended.

This was our first caravan holiday and has set the bar high for future trips. The Pheasant was well equipped, immaculately kept and on a lovely plot within the site. We were grateful for the welcome pack and the generous amount of supplies such as bin bags and toilet roll. The children were also delighted with the extra Easter treat left for them! Communication with the owner was extremely quick, friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for more really.

Reply: Thank you Claire.., lovely to have you all stay , really appreciate the lovely feed back x
