Mundesley is a quiet coastal village with numerous pubs and clubs, crazy golf, takeaways, shops and a library. Within easy reach of the site are many nature reserves and bird / wildlife sanctuaries such as Seal Island. It is ideally placed for a great fishing or golfing break, close to superb golf courses. There is a nearby jetty for boat / jet ski launch etc
Many historical interests are within easy reach such as Sheringham steam railway, Sandringham House and the ancient historical city of Norwich.
Sports are in abundance nearby with excellent 18 hole courses at Royal Cromer and Sheringham. Mundesley itself has a 9 hole course and driving range. It is an ideal base for a golfing holiday. Other local sports are grass court tennis, bowls, cricket, riding and fishing. Indoor family and adult only swimming can be found at the nearby SAGA Mundesley Holiday Village - 5 mins by car, Woodland Park Resort 10 mins, or the public pools in Nth Walsham or Sheringham 20 mins.

We hadn't visited Mundesley for a few years and once we got back in touch with Adam Dover, the owner, we were thrilled to be able to book to stay in what I would say, is one of the most idilic, beautiful, calming places I know. Since our last stay, the caravan has been changed to a more updated version. Comfort benefits have improved regarding heating facilities being available in all rooms ( no more getting up in the night, busting for the toilet and shivering to and from the loo!). The kitchen includes everything you would need to cook with, just like being at home ( only better, because your on holiday!). The view is just mesmerising from the sofa in the living area. I even got up really early to see the sun rise. just stunning. The weather was amazing also for the time of year. We will definitely be staying here again and would totally recommend! Thank you Adam Dover! ( An owner Who offers excellent customer service)

This was a really lovely caravan and fully equipped, even down to a flask in the cupboard. There is also a fold away outdoor dog pen which my puppy loved. Not least to mention is the wonderful sea view from the window. It is lovely to wake up and see that each day. Everyone was very friendly on the site plus the locals in the village too. If you are looking for a truly relaxing break which is ideal for touring the area, this is perfect. The sunsets over the sea are quite spectacular. There is a shop just a short walk away for necessary provisions and also a Tesco Express. We will certainly return very soon!
