Description

3 bedroom extra wide Caravan with double glazing and central Heating.

1 Double bed room and 2 twin rooms and pull out bed in the lounge

Shower with WC and separate WC.

Freshly made beds on arrival with home comforts such as private WiFi with smart tv and a well-equipped kitchen.

Home staples such as slow cooker, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

Bed guard and travel cot also available at request

5 minute walk to the entertainment area and a further 5minute walk to two of the close beaches

Please note that entertainment Passes are not included but can be purchased on arrival at 'The Hub'

Check in from 4pm and check out is strictly at 10am

Key collection will be at the accommodation by arrangement.

It was a lovely clean caravan, It had towels and toilet rolls, first aid kit plus extras like washing up liquid, plenty of pots pans cutlery. We really enjoyed our stay, thankyou

Stayed with young children- the games were a great addition! The caravan was a great location on the park which has so much to do. The owners stayed in regular contact and answered all my questions. Everything we needed to make it a great bank holiday weekend- hope to return again soon!

Any private payment you make to the owner (e.g. bank transfer) will not be protected. If you choose to do this, you are unable to claim on our Payment Protection Guarantee if your booking and stay is unable to be completed. Your monies could be lost, and the police and your bank may not be able to recover any of your payments. Do not put yourself at risk. Owner's booking terms

Terms and conditions:

● A £75 refundable breakage bond is not included in the price of your holiday.
● Any damage or extra cleaning needed to caravan, or contents will be taken from breakage bond
● All valuables left in the caravan are at your own risk
● You must not try to sell your holiday to someone else
● If you have to cancel your holiday booking please get in touch as soon as possible to give us a chance to resell those dates
● Please check the caravan on arrival and contact us as soon as possible if you find anything wrong
● No deposit refunds for cancellations.
● Full payment must be received within 4 weeks of the start of your holiday.
● If your holiday is within 4 weeks, the full amount of your holiday is due at booking.
● Pets only with prior permission.
● Passes are NOT included in the price of your holiday but can be purchased from reception on site.
● Payment is just for hire of the caravan and facilities on the park are extra
● Freshly made beds included
● Towels are not provided. Please bring your own.
● Bookings only accepted for single occupancy, couples & families.
● NO Hen or Stag do parties allowed - Parkdean rules.
● Your holiday will be terminated if any Park rules are broken.
● Should you accidentally break anything, please inform us, so a replacement can be arranged.
● No Smoking or Vaping allowed inside the van.
● No charging of electric cars
● Candles are not allowed inside the van.
● Please leave the caravan clean & tidy as you found it.
● The use of Gas and Electricity is provided for fair use only please turn off heating when the caravan is unoccupied or when it has reached a comfortable temperature

You will be evicted immediately without compensation if :

• You have extra guests or pets that are not stated in booking form
• You cause a nuisance to others such as loud music
• You feed the birds anywhere on the caravan park
• Anyone is found smoking or vaping inside the caravan
