Additional Info: Our luxury Platinum six berth, two bedroom Atlas Lodge is a home from home. With a modern spacious interior, central heating, double glazing and a gated veranda to sit and relax on with patio area below. Whether you are looking for a fun time around the park or a base for exploring the Norfolk and Suffolk Coastline including Gt Yarmouth and the Norfolk broads. The perfect choice for a family holiday or couples alike. There is ample parking for two cars to the side. Entertainment passes are required for some park areas which can be purchased in advance or on arrival. Duvets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors are supplied but you will be required to bring your own linen including towels.
King Size duvet for the main bedroom and two singles for the twin room.
Double for the lounge sofa bed
We can provide all linen and your beds made up for your arrival with pricing at £5 per person. No taking home bedding to wash! Please request when making your booking if possible.

Our holiday home is situated on the popular California Cliffs Holiday Park with the sandy beach a short walk. Situated in a lovely south facing location in a quiet cul-de-sac you will have the best of both worlds with the park facilities just a few minutes away. Newly refurbished lounge and free Wifi. The lounge is light and spacious with free standing furniture and vaulted ceiling with Velux window. Patio doors to the front open on to the gated balcony with table and chairs & barbeque & seating area on the patio below. The lounge has a 42" flat screen TV/DVD/Freeview and a pull out double bed from the settee. There is a separate raised dining area with free standing dining table and chairs. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with integrated fridge, freezer, microwave and dish washer with a built in cooker/grill, 5 ring hob, toaster, kettle, and all the cooking utensils and crockery that you will need.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, vanity unit, extensive storage and an en-suite bathroom with bath & overhead shower, toilet and vanity basin. The 2nd bathroom is light and airy with toilet, sink in vanity unit and a double shower.
The second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe and ample storage.
Use of gas and electricity are included in the cost.
Prices are based on four people sharing
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your holiday booking. This amount will be deducted from your outstanding balance which is required at least 6 weeks before your holiday commencement. In addition a £50.00 refundable security deposit is required which will be returned within 7 days of your departure date but may be used against any loss, damage or cleaning charges, if necessary.If you would leave the caravan as you find it that would be perfect.

Our first time on a caravan holiday as a couple. My wife dealt with the booking and it was super efficient. Lynn's caravan was stunning and immaculately clean - we brought hotel slippers and at the end of the holiday the soles were still white! Fully stocked and we appreciated the DVD collection available to watch. The caravan is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and we experienced no road noise. Spacious side garden and porch area. It felt like a 5* hotel with loads of relaxing space, which was handy as it rained most of the Easter weekend! We hired a day boat from Sutton Staithe Boatyard (20mins drive away) and went into Great Yarmouth on another day. Plenty to do even when the weather was not on our side. This luxury caravan has spoilt us and we'd not want to experience an inferior caravan in the future! We can see why there are so many repeat guests, year after year.

Perfect, home away from home and place by the sea. It was our first time staying in this style of accommodation but certainly won’t be our last. It’s very modern and we felt like we were at home straight away as it has everything that we needed. There was only two of us so we loads of space, this would comfortably sleep six people so it would be great for a family with children. My partner has specific dietary requirements so we needed somewhere where we could prepare our own food comfortably and this did the trick perfectly, it has a fully fitted modern kitchen which was great and easy to use. We found it very easy to get to attractions and it’s a few minutes walk from the sea, there’s some lovely restaurants around for reasonable prices. The last thing to mention is there the beach’s were surprisingly great, we wasn’t expecting the beach’s to be of such good quality. If I could rate it higher than 10/10 I would. We had the most amazing time . The caravan was large , clean and modern . The place is great and close to the beach and great places to eat near by . Even when raining we found DVDs which all the family enjoyed which the owners had provided plus board games which kept the kids busy . Can't wait to go again .

Beautiful and very modern and lovely comfortable sofas. Spacious with everything you need. Lovely south facing balcony ideal for sunbathing. Lovely quiet part of site very close to beach. First time at this caravan this year and have already booked 2 more holidays here for 2016. Thoroughly recommend this caravan.
