Our luxurious premium 40' x 13' Leisure Home 'Spey Valley View' with 'Adults Only' PRIVATE HOT TUB & Unique Automated Hydraulic Cover / Gazebo and mood lighting is one of our 3 Leisure Homes ('Creagan a' Chaise View' no. 18, 'Spey Valley View' no. 19, 'Kinveachy Forest View' no. 78). All are Premium, highest specification, best equipped, with best views Leisure Homes sited on the largest plots on the perimeter of Boat of Garten Holiday Park, Cairngorms National Park, Aviemore which are available for rental 365 days of the year.

'Spey Valley View' has uninterrupted panoramic views of the Spey Valley and mountains from the Hot Tub, the huge decking area, and lounge due to its unrivalled location on a large plot on the perimeter of the Park.

The automated Hot Tub Cover lifts and lowers at the turn of a key, and is equipped with privacy blinds which provide comfort and protection to Hot Tub occupants from inclement weather, rain, snow, wind etc.

The large 'L' shaped decking area is private and not overlooked features a commercial HOT TUB and 'Tub Shack' for drying off. The heated 'Tub Shack' contains seating, bath robes, refrigerator, and plastic glasses. A quality 'Rattan Barcelona' outdoor table & chairs and an 'Outback' gas barbecue are provided for out door dining. Post lights and coloured lights will enhance your out door evening dining and Hot Tub experience.

'Spey Valley View' is fully equipped with everything you will need, and has full double glazing, gas central heating with radiators in all rooms, controlled by a room thermostat in the lounge. The master bedroom has a king size double bed and en-suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Electric blankets for added comfort are fitted during winter lets. The main bathroom has a large shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The large comfortable lounge has a quality 3 seat settee and armchair, a flat screen TV & Freesat, DVD player, and iPHONE Docking unit. Wi-Fi is now available on site. French doors lead out to the secluded and private decking area with spectacular views down the Spey valley and to the mountains.

The large fully equipped kitchen (with more worktop area than many house kitchens), has a washing machine, full size gas cooker, built in microwave, built in fridge & freezer, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. The dining area has a dining table & chairs. An iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, and quality bed linen and towels are provided (we supply an inventory when booking).

Boat of Garten (the Osprey Village) is located on the famous River Spey in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park near Aviemore and is an ideal centre for a large variety of outdoor pursuits e.g. Skiing/ Snow boarding, Walking, Mountain biking, Bird watching (Loch Garten and the RSPB Osprey Centre is close at hand), pony trekking etc. 

The Strathspey Steam Railway, Fishing (loch & river), Golf at Boat of Garten Golf Club. The "Landmark Forest Adventure Park" with high ropes courses, water slides and rides at nearby Carrbridge (3 miles away). Aviemore with its shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs, and from where you can access the ski slopes and mountains is only 6 miles by road or 5 miles by walking through the forest along the Speyside Way.  

One house trained dog up to medium {Labrador) size or 2 small breed dogs are welcome (there is a large enclosed decking area with gate). Dogs must not be left unattended inside or outside the Leisure Home. Strictly No Smoking in our Leisure Home and 'Tub Shack'.

Due to Covid 19 requirements for deep cleaning and sanitising of our leisure home after guests depart, the minimum booking period we currently offer is 5 nights. Gas, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Gas, electricity quality bed linen & towels are included in the price.

Party size we accept bookings for is restricted to a maximum of 4 persons. As 'Spey Valley View' is adults only, bookings with children can be made for our 'Kinveachy Forest View' no. 78 Boat of Garten Holiday Park. We stayed for 4 night in this beautiful caravan. John was extremely helpful and the caravan was spotless. The photographs of the caravan and Hot Tub do not do it justice the setting is great just looking our over the hills. I would highly recommend and plan to return soon.

Stayed in this holiday home last summer and I couldn't fault a thing - enjoyed so much that we are returning this summer again. Site is very quiet but if relaxation is what you are looking for this is the place to be. The owner was very helpful and attended to check/clean the hot tub daily. The home has everything you might need and more. We took mountain bikes and the tub shack was ideal to store them safely at night.
