Owner Description

Our modern family owned caravan is 38ft x 12ft and Haven graded Prestige. There are 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6. The caravan is located on Woodside which is a lovely peaceful part of the park with the added benefit of being only a few minutes’ walk from all the entertainment/facilities. Located near the top of the park there is only a small slope to walk thus you can avoid the really steep hills.

The caravan is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your break away including full double glazing and gas central heating.

The living room is spacious with a gas fire, 32” flat screen tv, dvd player and loads of dvd’s. There is also a Playstation 3 with over 40 games and two controllers.

The kitchen is equipped with a full sized cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all pots, pans, cooking utensils and crockery etc.

There is one double and two twin bedrooms along with a separate toilet and shower room. The caravan has a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors, and is equipped with an intruder alarm.

Our prices DO NOT include entertainment/funworks passes which are required if you plan on using any of the on-site facilities with the exception of the outdoor parks and shop. If required, these can be purchased from Haven reception upon arrival. We can advise on the costs so please contact us if you would like to know.

We take bookings for full weeks or short breaks. 
Full weeks run from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday. Midweek short breaks run from Monday to Friday for 4 nights or weekends from Friday to Monday for 3 nights (all breaks are subject to a minimum of 3 nights).

We provide all duvets and pillows but you will need to bring your own duvet and pillow covers along with any towels/tea towels you need.

The caravan is strictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed, due to family members allergies. Our no smoking policy applies to inside of the caravan and on the steps outside. Smoking is permitted on the patio area.

Gas and Electricity is included in the rental price. 

A damage/security bond of £75 will be required to secure your chosen dates. In the event of cancellation, the deposit/security bond will not be refunded under any circumstances. The deposit/security bond will be returned after the caravan has been checked and within 7 days.

The rental charge will be due 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date. If your holiday is less than 6 weeks away, we will require the full rental charge and the deposit/security bond at the time of booking. 

Accepted payment methods are internet bank transfer or deposit into Barclays bank.

Check in from 2pm and check out time is 10am.
