Kelling Heath Holiday Park is one of the UK's leading holiday parks. Set in some 200 hundred acres of woodland, it is packed with plenty to do for all ages.

Our Holiday Home is a short walk from the main facilities which includes; a shop, bars, restaurants, outdoor pool, table tennis, amusements, bike hire. There is also an indoor gym & pool (a charge to use applies - prices from reception.)

There are also 2 tennis courts which can be booked at reception.

Six persons can be accommodated in the holiday home. There is a large double bedroom and a smaller twin bedded room and a fold out double bed in the lounge area. Alternatively there is also a sofa bed in the out-side adjoining room. However, access to this room is via the main door, so may not be suitable for small children to sleep in.

The fold out double bed takes up most of the lounge area and as it is a small double, it is best suited for use by children.

Duvets, pillows & blankets are provided. However, please bring your own bed linen & towels. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, gas hobs/oven, toaster, microwave & kettle. Plus all usual kitchen items. It should cater for all your needs.

The bathroom, has a shower, toilet & was basin. Toilet rolls are provided

Outside there is plenty of parking & a large wooden decked patio area that includes includes a gas BBQ, tables and chairs.

A separate out side room is also adjoined to the holiday home with access from the patio. Included in this room is a double sofa bed & separate TV/DVD (please note. the TV in this room is connected for DVD use only.)

Entrance to the holiday home is via 4 steps on to the decked veranda and therefore may be unsuitable for some guests.

A £50.00 per week, non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The balance to be paid in full no later than six weeks prior to visit. All payments by cheque please. Booking are on a Saturday to Saturday basis. New arrivals can collect keys at reception from 4pm to 8pm (later will require a pre arranged key collection from the resturant.) Departing on the following Saturday by 10am...

10% discount available on a two week block booking. Discount available for repeat bookings. Same sex groups are welcome subject to age.
