(Please read all of the description so that booking terms are read).

Our double glazed & centrally heated caravan is a 35 x 12 Willerby Salsa, 6 berth holiday home within easy reach (3 - 5 minute walk) of the sites facilities. Its very spacious with a patio/garden area and enough space for 2 cars on one of Unitys super pitches. Theres also a storage shed for your bikes plus there's a table & chairs stored there for your use.

The caravan is very modern, light & roomy. It has a comfortable lounge with colour HD TV/DVD and a CD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboards and enough bits & bobs for up to 6 people (plus a baby). There is also an iron & ironing board in the cupboard.

There is the main en suite double bedroom with dressing table, one twin room, plus another double pull-out bed in the lounge. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is also room for a travel cot in the main bedroom (provided by ourselves). It is very easy to walk around the bed in the main bedroom which you don't always get in some caravans !!

One main benefit of this caravan is that it has two toilets, the bedroom en suite plus one in the shower room. The caravan has full central heating but there are also fan heaters fitted into the wardrobes just in case you only need to take the chill off rather than put the full heating on.

PLEASE NOTE : Double & single duvets with pillows are supplied, but you will need to bring your own COVERS, PILLOW CASES & SHEETS.

Location: Holiday Resort Unity is incorporated with Brean Leisure Park where there are rides and amusements for kids of all ages (including teens). There is a fantastic swimming pool with lots of fun slides, small and large. There's the piglet club and play areas for the little ones plus there is plenty of activities for the adults to do. There are also a number of different restaurants and takeaways too.
RJs is the main club at Unity. You can have some nice food there as well as have lots of fun in the evenings with the bingo, entertainment etc. You can also have lots of food, fun and entertainment in the Tavern.

Your holiday booking will come with ENTERTAINMENT PASSES so for most of the activities on site you wont have to pay anything. Some activities do require a small fee though.

Holiday Resort Unity facilities include: Discounted swimming sessions. FREE daytime and evening entertainment. FREE fishing (licence required). FREE children's clubs. Gymnasium, Sunbeds, Golfing discounts, discounts for the Fun Parks tokens & wristbands. There is also a small Costcutter shop on site for your groceries etc, if you need them. Small fee

Out & About there is also 5 miles of sandy beach along Brean Sands and it is a very popular place in the South West. Its just outside Burnham-on-Sea and near Weston Super Mare.

Our minimum price is £160 and our maximum price is £625. INCLUDING PASSES !! These are ranging from 3, 4 and 7 nights stay (or more if required). £50 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT / SECURITY BOND will hold your holiday for you until 4 weeks before due date when the holiday cost will need to be paid in full. Summer weekly holidays require £100 deposit.
Please note :- The deposit / security bond is added onto the cost of the holiday...usually things are fine but unfortunately this has to be done to cover our backs.

Check-in time is 3pm and departure time is 10am. Our price is based on one family sharing (maximum of 6 club passes) plus a baby. We think we are a very good price and we know you will enjoy your stay !!!
