Owner Description

Privately owned luxury prestige Swift Moselle, 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan on Kiln Park, with Double Glazing, Full Central Heating and within close proximity to the beach and shops.

The lounge has a large seating with a gas fire and Patio door leading on to the decking. The seating contains an additional pull out double bed. It also includes a 32" flat-screen digital TV with a built in DVD player.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped containing a gas cooker with extractor, microwave, toaster and full size fridge freezer. All kitchen utensils are also included. There is a separate dining table with six chairs.

The Master bedroom has wardrobes and overhead storage compartments containing convenient shelves & drawers. The other two bedrooms contain single beds, overhead storage, wardrobes, bedside cupboard and shelving.

The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle with glass door and a thermostatic shower. It also has plenty of storage. There is also a separate WC.

The exterior of the caravan has two large decking areas with a large table with six chairs and parking for two cars at the side of the caravan.

Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own linen including your own towels, tea towels etc. Gas and electricity are included in the price.

You can occupy the caravan any time after 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and must vacate the caravan by 10.00 am on the day of departure. This will enable us to allow the cleaners in before the next guests arrive.

Please note that Kiln Park rules state that we are only to hire our caravan to families and mature couples, (NO GROUPS). Sorry no smoking or pets allowed.

Entertainment passes may be purchased separately from Kiln Park Reception, booking in advance will receive a 25% discount.
